CHAPTER EIGHT

Developing Sexual Intuition

An INSTINCT is a sort of inner force that forces us to act in a way that satisfies it... The sexual instinct is, therefore, an inner power, something like an accumulation of energy, which impels us to release it through sexual practice. While this functions just like this in the rest of the animal species, it varies slightly in humans because the instinct is combined with other things that affect it.

In animals, instinct is a guarantee for reproduction and consequently for the conservation of the species and does not appear to have any other known purpose. Its activation is biological and is mainly mediated by the increase in a number of specific hormones. If it occurs with a cyclical character, there is a so-called estrus period, which leads to the inadvertent search for sexual partners and copulation, which happens so often until the activation stops (the heat).

In humans, the activation of the sex drive also has a biological component, which is mediated by the presence of certain hormones, but above all by some other factors such as an image, a thought, a smell or a light touch, a dream ... and that is so, because among humans the purpose of sexuality is not only procreation, but also the attainment of pleasure that is generated by the liberation of the energy that we spoke of earlier.

Instinctively everybody is different, which can be due to lifestyle or education. Talking of sex education, we have pursued a certain level of sexual gratification for most of the societies in which we live, which is one of the social injustices in which all individuals are expected to have a moral norm for the same sexual behavior. It is a joke, because a psychological target will endure the best constituencies. Though this form of injustice can be largely fulfilled, and every moral order goes down the drain.

It cannot be argued that there are people with a sexual instinct that is too intense, that surpasses many, that extreme perversity is manifested and that if it continues in that role, it must bear the consequences of its cultural divergence, otherwise it can reach an inhibition by the demands social results in an unsatisfied satisfaction, by those substitution phenomena caused by inhibition of their instincts, which can cause a series of mental disorders, a continuous internal impoverishment, which will lead to a harmful form for the person.

In the sexual instinct, its purpose is pleasure manifested from childhood, through its erogenous zones and can dispense with another erotic object in the form of autoerotism, so many people with that energy suffer through a culture that represses the elements of sexual arousal.

Sexual abstinence in both sexes has been forgotten, it can be affirmed and argued that there is no harm whatsoever of any person who has sex before marriage has any consequence, rather what must be accepted is that there is no means to be able to dominate this powerful impulse. Sexual instinct, is very strong and less in that fiery stage as it is the youth.
